Description: Cement core steel raised floor panels are one of the popular types of raised floor panels, widely used in projects requiring high-end technical floor systems for class A offices.
The panels are composed of 3 layers:
- Surface layer: flat rolled steel, commonly known as unfinished surface. Can be finished with Carpet or Vinyl.
- Core layer: A specialized lightweight cement mixture developed specifically by the manufacturer
- Bottom layer: A steel plate specially designed to form egg-shaped holes that evenly distribute force The design of this panel is that the folded edges are designed along the perimeter of the panel, helping to eliminate damage to the edges of the panel. Its wider beam width not only improves the load-bearing performance of the system but also provides a noise-free floor.
